Hubble Adarsh Senior Secondary Schools conduct Lohri celebrations in Punjab
2057 Chandigarh, January 14 Students, teachers and staff of the Hubble Adarsh Senior Secondary School in Kaewal, Balad Khurd and Gandhuan ushered into the New Year by celebrating the harvest festivities of Lohri and conducted numerous activities. This was the first such physical event after resumption of the school and was conducted adhering to the government guidelines of social distancing. Girls and boys in traditional costumes performed giddha and bhangara in front of a select audience and later the entire school shared offerings after the pyre was lit to mark the end of the winter season....
