Picture: FILE The last-minute cancellation of the Prataps Civil and Asphalt Quarries-sponsored Rise Fiji Rise Jetset 10s tournament which was supposed to start at Prince Charles Park, Nadi yesterday has caused the organisers a loss of about $8000.
