CHIPPEWA FALLS â According to department policy, no employees in the Chippewa County Sheriffâs Office are allowed to grow beards, goatees or lengthy mustaches. âThe policy is it has to end at the corner of the lips,â explained Sheriff Jim Kowalczyk.
