Brazil: Fire Engulfs Small Hotel, Kills 10
A fire in Porto Alegre on Friday left 13 hospitalized, some critical. About 30 lived in the guesthouse; cause unknown. President Lula da Silva sent condolences; guesthouse housed "vulnerable" people. Mayor Melo declared three days of mourning.
