Picture: FIJI POLICE Fijian Police officers will be issuing Public Health Infringement Notices from today where on-the-spot fines will be issued to those that breach the COVID-19 protocols. Acting Commissioner of Police Rusiate Tudravu confirmed this while announcing 18 arrests recorded last night for breach of curfew and health restrictions.
