On April 9, 2021, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Mikalai Barysevich met with Honorary Consul of the Republic of Belarus in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Walid Mushtaq.
During the meeting the Sides discussed topical issues of the development of Belarussian-Pakistani relations with an emphasis on intensifying trade and economic cooperation and developing cooperation in the field of education. The interlocutors paid special attention to summing up the results of the negotiations held between Pakistani delegation and Belorussian enterprises, as well as discussing plans for increasing supplies of Belarusian products to Pakistan.

The foreign delegation was headed by Walid Mushtaq, Honorary Consul of Belarus in Lahore, and Ambreen Younis, Director General of the Metropolitan International United College. The parties considered opportunities in education and science, discussed the training of Pakistani citizens in the first cycle of higher education (undergraduate programs) in English at BSUIR, including paid distance learning.

RISC observing Kashmir Week February 5, 2021 Islamabad : Roots International Schools and Colleges (RISC) observing Kashmir Solidarity Week across the country to highlight the atrocities by the occupation forces in the Indian occupied Kashmir, says a press release. RISC students started their day by observing ‘One Minute Silence,’ made ‘Human chain’ to show solidarity with innocent people of Kashmir. Students performed skits/tableaus depicting violence on Kashmiris and their human rights.
