Dozens of migrants who departed Senegal for Spain on July 10 are feared to be dead. About 38 passengers of the migrant boat were rescued off the coast of West Africa near Cape Verde.
The Spanish migration advocacy group Walking Borders said the vessel was a large fishing boat, called a pirogue, which had left Senegal on July 10.
