Doesn't it? the top of it is the wall cloud rotating in the base of the thunderstorm. in the center of the wall cloud is the funnel cloud, dropping down. you can see a little bit of debris on the bottom of the screen. so, that makes it a tornado. as soon as that funnel starts to whirl and whip the winds around on the surface. it is classified as a tornado. this is areas of texas, in open fields. no damage reported with that storm at all. that's the way we like it. let's talk about the interesting thing happening possibly off the southeast coast. we could look at our first named tropical system...
