Chatham hospital takes transfer patient as Ontario's ICU admissions rise
Article content Chatham-Kent’s hospital group has accepted its first two transfer patients from the Greater Toronto Area to help ease critical-care pressure on the province’s beleaguered health-care system. There were 2,335 patients hospitalized with COVID-19 in Ontario on Wednesday, down slightly from Tuesday’s record high of 2,360.
