Chris BergFebruary 24, 2021Last Updated: February 24, 2021 Charles City, IA – Two north Iowa men have entered different pleas after a pair of barn break-ins. 25-year-old Robert Patrick Frazer of Charles City, along with 23-year-old Dylan Michael Jones of Clarksville were charged back in January with breaking into a closed farm building in the 2200 block of Walnut Ave, with a 2 nd break-in reported in the 2200 block of Villa Lane while trying to escape from law enforcement.
