Friday, July 23, 2021 A Kyle man in his 30s recently died of COVID-19, raising Hays County's coronavirus-related death toll to 266. Hays County continues to see an increase in COVID-19 cases. Thursday, July 22, 2021 Hays County continued to see a small uptick in residents vaccinated against COVID-19 this week, according to information from the Texas Department of State Health Services.  Between Monday and Thursday, 549 more county residents became fully vaccinated against the coronavirus, while the total number of citizens who’ve received at least one dose increased by 853.
