WanderSearch extending service into South Canterbury

Technology is often used to aid in the search for people with dementia who go missing, and now South Canterbury has funding to resource two volunteers to administer the radio frequency tracking devices.
Community Trust Mid and South Canterbury has granted $5080 to the WanderSearch Canterbury Charitable Trust to allow for the extension of its services into Mid and South Canterbury.
WanderSearch supports people with cognitive impairment and offers a loan system of the devices which can be worn around the neck or wrist. ....
