According to sources familiar with the matter, 200 employees or 15 per cent of the total Moglix workforce would likely be affected by the layoffs. In a statement issued by Moglix, it said that 2 to 3 per cent or about 40 employees of its workforce were affected after an annual review of employees' performances.
