A New Year's Eve party in Gainesville turned deadly when a man opened fire, wounding two people and then killing himself. Hall County Sheriff's Office 1st Lt. Chris Dale said deputies and officers with the Gainesville Police Department were called to 100 Spring Street in New Holland around 3:15 a.m. today.  "The call was in reference to a man shooting inside the building and reports that people had sustained injuries at that location," Dale said in an email statement.
