Fountain Valley to allow some developments to have 75 dwelling units per acre
A split vote of the City Council passed an ordinance Tuesday allowing projects that meet certain criteria within a mixed-use zone to include 75 dwelling units per acre. Just two sites have been identified by city staff to meet the requirements.
