“Need positive energy right now,” it said. “They re bringing my sister Cindy to the ER. She suddenly started crashing at the nursing home.”
Because of COVID.
It was posted Monday by someone I follow Carol McKenna. She’s 62 and does communications and other jobs at Warwick s Ocean State Center for Independent Living. They serve the disabled.
Her sister is 60.
Hours later, Tuesday mid-morning, Carol posted again.
“I m afraid she is getting worse. The ER doctor called me at 3 am to tell me they had to put her on a ventilator.” ....
