Dauphin's Countryfest focuses on community, making memories in wake of bus tragedy
Dauphin’s Countryfest hit the stage Thursday, with organizers saying the intent is to celebrate community and provide a much-needed opportunity to make positive memories, in the wake of the June bus crash that killed 16 Dauphin community members.
