Developing right now, the search is on for dozens of additional people feared dead after a powerful flash flood in arkansas. at least 16 were killed after heavy rains caused two rivers to overflow their banks yesterday, and that sent water gushing right into a crowded campground in a very heavily wooded area. the flow of water was apparently so powerful, it tore asphalt right off the roads and it wrapped cars around trees. it also washed away the official logbook that showed exactly who was at the campground in the first place. the weather channel's julie is live in arkansas. what are we learn...
