Saw the read area. that's the part that was circling. the point is this whole cloud formation is moving to the east and slightly to the south. mostly to the east. and the lower level winds are stronger in the area where it's heeded, and they're concerned is that -- their concern is when the surface winds are stronger, you can have this -- the rove tating clouds, which are up there, come down to the ground and create a funnel cloud and then a tornado. that's the concern. they talk about it like it's a problem, that isn't happening. you know what they mean. they're not being callous, they're lik...
