Extent. if you re going to say this is my number one thing, i m president. i have commanding majorities and he can t get it done, he is going to look very weak. and i think that s the calculation that they ve made. doesn t he risk, rich, looking weak on two fronts with no jobs? i mean, they did with all due respect pass the jobs bill last week but doesn t he look weak on both fronts if health care also fails. this is the thing about the pivot to jobs and the reason why i think it never made sense his only jobs policy is really more deficit spending and the only thing that s more unpopular than health care is deficit spending and washington doesn t get there are no quick gimmicks to create more jobs. this jobs bill that they just so-called jobs bill will do nothing. the stimulus itself, obama said it would be 90% private jobs, not true. his administration said it would keep unemployment at 8%. not true. he said there would be all these shovel ready projects. not true. and anyone ....
