Fred. >> paulo sandoval, thank you so much. let's go to cnn national correspondent natasha chen. she is in upstate new york where some areas are digging out more than a foot of snow? >> reporter: yeah, fred, weaver g -- we've got about a foot of snow in albany. you can see this bench here. they've got 50 vehicles out right now, but as paulo was mentioning, everybody was expecting this massive temperature drop. right now we're just at under 20 degrees, but by tomorrow, the high is supposed to be 5 degrees and the wind chill could be negative 30. it's going to be a very, very difficult situation...
