West Haven asks for help finding man who went missing from care facility
WEST HAVEN — Police are asking for "urgent public assistance" in finding a man who walked away from a care facility in West Haven on Wednesday afternoon. James Shiery left the facility at 2700 W. 3300 South around 1 p.m. on Wednesday. Shiery, 56, is 5-foot-10 and weighs 160 pounds. The Weber County Sheriff's Office said he has long grey hair and a brown and grey beard. He was last seen wearing a jean jacket, black shirt and a camo hat with a Ford logo. Police also said Shiery has a traumatic brain injury. Anyone who sees Shiery is asked to contact Weber Dispatch at 801-395-8221.
