The website redevelopment, which was led by consultants Fresh Inc., has addressed the deficiencies and delays that naturally occur as technology and organizations change. In particular, the concentration was on improving functionality and performance. Mayor David Wilks “We are really proud to present this website to the community,” said Sparwood Mayor David Wilks. “Council often heard from residents that there were concerns with navigation, content overload, speed, and searchability within our old website, causing frustration, dissatisfaction, and a reduction in site use. ....
