YOUNGSTOWN — Ruddy A. Flores-Pizarro, 38, of East Myrtle Avenue, is scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon in Youngstown Municipal Court on felonious assault after he is alleged to have hit a man, 74, in the head with an object at 5:18 p.m. Monday.
Police were called to the victim’s home in the 3100 block of Pine Hollow Drive for a report of a man using a shovel to hit someone.
Police observed Flores Pizarro matching the description of the suspect walking on Poland Avenue with a dog. He admitted to being at the Pine Hollow residence and had what appeared to be fresh blood on the front of his shirt.
