No bail for man arrested in murder, dismemberment case
Tonight, a Lutz man accused of killing a woman and dumping her body parts into McKay Bay will stay in custody. That's after a judge's ruling earlier today. Robert Kessler is currently charged with second-degree murder and abuse of a dead body in connection to the death of Stephanie Crone-Overholts.
