Fed up after waiting 24 years in vain for RDP house
For almost 24 years Welcome Williams, who lives in a shack in Parkridge in East London, has pleaded with Buffalo City municipality officials to provide him with decent shelter. Williams, 51, applied for an RDP house from BCM and has renewed his application seven times, with no positive response from city authorities.
