Share: Colombo (News 1st); Justice Minister Ali Sabry PC & State Minister of Prison Management & Prisoners’ Rehabilitation Lohan Ratwatte visited the 250-acre property in Horana for the proposed Prison Complex on Wednesday (20). The new prison will attribute to easing congestion at the prisons in Sri Lanka, said State Minister Ratwatte. The new prison in Horana will comprise of a Day Care Center, Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Sports Complex, Workshop, and a farm as well.
