A Virginia teenager has been arrested on murder charges stemming from the deadly October shooting of a man outside a bar along D.C.'s popular U Street corridor.
A 16-year-old boy was arrested and charged as an adult in the shooting death of a D.C. man in October, according to police. In court documents, a D.C. police detective says that before his arrest, the teen was “essentially tipped off” by school officials and Fairfax County police when he was banned from returning to school.
