Huntington Man Sentenced to Federal Prison for Drug Crimes
Tuesday, December 15, 2020 - 10:05 Huntington – A Huntington man will spend nearly two years in prison for distribution of fentanyl. U.S. District Judge Robert C. "Chuck" Chambers on Monday sentenced Martel DaAngelo Brown, 33, to 21 months in prison for possession, and distribution of fentanyl. In pleading guilty the charges earlier this year, Brown admitted on February 5 and 7 he distributed fentanyl during controlled buys conducted by the Cabell County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI’s Southern West Virginia Transnational Organized Crime West Task Force.
