Vandalia City Council Approves Tax Levy Abatement Ordinance, Passes Other Agenda Items
/ Vandalia Radio Dec 22, 2020 5:57 AM The Vandalia City Council approved a tax levy abatement ordinance at its final meeting of the year on Monday evening. Prior to voting on the ordinance, Mayor Rick Gottman pointed out that the city had not increased the tax levy for several years and thanked the council and the city employees for their hard work that allowed the city to not have to raise the tax levy.
