I think the biggest thing was to actually see gene palmer. we hadn't seen him before. he did not enter a plea in this court and his attorney said that they were waving any more appearances. this is a very small court. this is justice court. now they are going now to county court. the district attorney said he will be convening a grand jury and taking it to the grand jury maybe not until a month from now because he has a new attorney and he wants him to have time to learn the case. >> what palmer's demeanor like during the proceeding? reporter were asking him questions on the way and he was not...
