Rick? is. reporter: we re south of benghazi, jenna, on the highway that leads from the second largest city. the only way to get from eastern libya to tripoli, that s what they re headed, and that s where ghadafi s army has retreated so. that is the new front line, south of us. we ve seen a number of ambulances speeding past us towards benghazi in the last hour or so. apparently, with wounded fighters who are attempting to make it to the city and take on ghadafi s forces. the scene right behind me, you may see some burned-out tanks here. they were destroyed by nato air strikes that came through this region and took out many of ghadafi s tanks and rocket launchers and artillery. that has given the rebel fighters the opportunity to push further south towards the city that was taken over by the army about one week ago. that said, ghadafi s army still has tanks, still has artillery ....
