Genea-Musings: 'Twas the Night Before a Genealogist's Christmas ...
'Twas the Night Before a Genealogist's Christmas ... I received this parody of Clement Moore's masterpiece via email back in the mid-1990's, the author is unknown to me. Kimberly Powell had it on her website for years but I cannot find it now. 'Twas the night before Christmas When all through the house Not a creature was stirring, Not even my spouse. With pedigree charts and with letters which said... "Too bad about the data for which you wrote; Sank in a storm on an ill-fated boat." Stacks of old copies of wills and such Were proof that my work had become too much.
