Letting our guard down on COVID-19 now could set us back in the red
This week, the community of Unalaska received disturbing news. A vessel reportedly arrived at port last weekend bringing with it another wave of COVID-19. Before officials confirmed 26 positive cases of COVID-19 - about half the crew - fishermen from the factory trawler went to the town's dock-side bar, causing a community exposure. Anyone who was unvaccinated and went to the popular bar that Saturday night is now being encouraged to quarantine.
