RingCentral is making an aggressive push into the videoconferencing business. The company, best known as a provider of cloud-based unified communications services for businesses, is launching RingCentral Glip, a video and chat app that is taking dead aim at Zoom Video, Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, Google Hangouts, and other players in the intensely competitive market.
