Notification came from RCMP Nova Scotia of Baker’s arrest just after noon. A tweet stated he is now in custody. Baker was at the centre of a manhunt in an investigation that began around 19 hours prior to his arrest. Two emergency alert ready messages went out on TV’s, radios and other electronic devices in New Brunswick on Tuesday night, as RCMP continued their search for Baker who was wanted in connection with a shooting at Riverview High School. ....
