Wicklow mum slams actions that forced health and care workers to plan strike
Though a planned strike of health and care workers over pay was averted by eleventh hour talks, north Wicklow service providers and users have spoken out about the stress the weekend of uncertainty caused, with one mum saying “these people wouldn’t have needed to strike if the Government were taking care of them”.
