Success for the Isle of Wight Radio Christmas Toy Appeal The Isle of Wight Christmas Toy Appeal this year has received donations to the value of almost £30,000. Over 2,800 toys were given by Islanders to help brighten up Christmas for young carers, children in hospital, children in care, sick youngsters, bereaved children or those challenged by poverty and housing problems.
