Deputies say the victim was walking by a Georgia fraternity house when he was approached, allegedly attack, and left lying on the sidewalk. Now a 20-year-old has been charged with battery in the case.

The victim suffered a skull fracture and bleeding on the brain, according to police.

William Kroymann, 20, was arrested Wednesday and charged with a single count of aggravated battery, Georgia’s Statesboro Police Department said Friday.
