A man was arrested after he reportedly fled from police on East 9th Street in Hopkinsville Sunday afternoon. Hopkinsville Police say they were called to Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church for a man and woman camping out. When police arrived they located 21-year-old William Schultz who reportedly had an active warrant for contempt of court and two syringes in his pocket. Police say He fled from them on foot before being stopped on East 11th Street where he continued to resist arrest. SCHERERVILLE — Dozens gathered Friday on the lawn across from the Schererville Police Department for a prayer service in honor of fallen law enforcement officers.  Around noon, residents, town officials and Schererville police joined in prayer near the town's 9/11 Memorial to honor law enforcement officers who died in the line of duty.  The prayer was led by the Rev.
