A 25-year-old man wanted for second degree murder and other charges related to a deadly shooting at a gas station on April 3 was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Taskforce.
"Witnesses reported there was a verbal argument," a Hopewell Police spokesperson wrote.
Hopewell police have identified a suspect in Sunday’s fatal shooting of a man at a gas pump during an argument at a Wawa store in the city.
A second victim turned up at a local hospital with critical head injuries. Police believe those injuries may be related to the Lieutenant's Run shooting.
