The St. Croix County Highway Department will be completing maintenance on the Willow River Bridge near Burkhardt on April 27-28, 2021. County Road A will be closed from U.S. Highway 12 to County Road E.  Local traffic will have access to the area affected by the closure. There will be no traffic access across the bridge during the maintenance.  A detour will be posted following Highway 12, Highway 65 and County Road E. People who need to travel this route should follow the detour signs, and watch for slower traffic in and around the work zone, the highway department said.
