590 NAUGATUCK — The borough, Naugatuck Chamber of Commerce and the Naugatuck Economic Development Corporation are running a “Eat Local, Win Local — Keep Naugy Strong” contest. The contest is designed to support and promote local restaurants. People can order food at a participating restaurant and save the receipt through Jan. 15.
