We've been following. crews trying to stop the massive oil leak in the gulf of mexico in an effort to try to contain that oil, this sounded so promising, but tonight it is running into very big problems. bp is saying that there is an ice build-up inside this containment dome that is preventing them from placing that dome directly over the leak on the ocean floor as they had planned to do. now they are troubleshooting to try to determine what they can do next, saying the box plan has not completely failed. the coast guard also saying balls of tar from the oil leak are now washing up on an alaba...
