A new, big project on Eglinton may usher in the return of the co-op in a big way, writes Shawn Micallef.
Toronto has announced plans to build one of the biggest affordable housing facilities in the province.

Toronto is a step closer to what it says is one of the largest affordable housing developments in the last 25 years. The city says the new housing project on Eglinton Avenue East will deliver approximately 918 homes.
