Window Peeper Reported on CSU's Campus
Earlier this week, the Colorado State University Police Department received a report of a window peeper on campus. Just before midnight on January 19, a caller reported a suspect, that was seen masturbating in a tree on the north side of Edwards Hall. Multiple witnesses described the suspect as a male, and wearing a very dark, possibly green puffy or thick winter coat and black pants. He was also carrying a large backpack.
