Man gets indefinite hospital order for running over woman in Tilbury A MAN who deliberately ran over a woman outside the Amazon distribution centre in Tilbury has been given an indefinite hospital order. Afrax Ahmed, 30, of Peartree Way, Greenwich had driven to the site in Windrush Road on 12 July last year where, at around 9.35am, he ran over a woman, seriously injuring her.
