Cable thief arrested on Witdoring Street in Moreleta Park
This morning at around 03:30, our control room received a WhatsApp message from one of the groups informing us of suspicious movement in the park on Witdoring Street followed by loud noises. Units swiftly responded, and upon arrival, they caught the suspect busy cutting electrical cables. The suspect then dropped everything and started running. Officers
