Kamloops talent vying for votes in CBC's Searchlight music contest
Marshall Potts Country/rock track Hearts in the Sky is Kamloops singer-songwriter Marshall Potts' submission. Potts has an album out called Long Goodbyes (2015) as well as a pair of singles available on his website, marshallpotts.com. Loops Loops, made up of Kevin Roy and Jon Fennell, has submitted One More Story, an elegy for Roy's father. The band has been performing virtual shows and raising money for community organizations in need.
