T—levels are even more vocational in that they get students into the workplace with more work placements so it is even more practical than the current btec. that is right. you have to have time on a workplace and you have to do your studies and you have to have qualifications in english and maths so it is considered far more rigorous and i think that is a reason why they are pushing for it. however it is not so great when you think about the fact that not all of our students will be suitable for taking these btec, t—level courses and perhaps the btec would have been more suitable for them....
